What exactly is included in my Welqio?
Your €129 + VAT setup includes one branded NFC + QR stand, your custom mobile hub, design and configuration, testing, and the first 12 months of managed hosting.
Do customers need an app or account?
No. They simply tap the NFC point or scan the QR code. Your Welqio opens instantly in their phone browser with no app, login or download.
Can I approve everything before it is printed?
Yes. We send you the stand artwork and mobile hub to review before production. One reasonable revision round is included before final approval and printing.
Can the page be changed after the stand is printed?
Yes. The physical stand stays the same while we can update its digital destination. Simple link changes are included, so a new menu, booking link or website does not mean replacing the stand.
Can I add more stands around my venue?
Yes. Additional matching stands using the same Welqio hub are €39 + VAT each. For larger hotel, room, table or multi-location rollouts, we can prepare custom package pricing.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Managed hosting renews at €29 + VAT per year, per Welqio hub - not per physical stand. This keeps your page live and maintained.
What can I put on my Welqio page?
Whatever is useful for your customers - menus, bookings, Wi-Fi, guest information, treatments, gift vouchers, directions, reviews, contact details, local recommendations and more.
What if a phone does not support NFC?
