Larger venues often need different placements for different customer moments. We can build a package around the number of stands, room minis or wall touchpoints you actually need.

No surprises later.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. The first 12 months of managed hosting are included in the initial price. After that, the hub renews annually at €29 + VAT.

Does every extra stand create another hosting charge?

No. Extra stands using the same Welqio hub are €39 + VAT each. The annual hosting charge applies to the hub, not each stand.

Can I start with one and add more later?

Yes. That is often the best way to start. Add more stands or mini touchpoints once you know where customers use Welqio most.

Are large hotel or multi-location packages available?

Yes. For room deployments, multiple venues or larger quantities, contact us and we will prepare a package around the actual requirement.
